"They fixed it, but the wait was ridiculous"
I had an issue with my order getting it sorted was more annoying than it needed to be. I spent way too long waiting in the queue just to talk to someone, and when I finally got a response, things moved slowly. I also had to repeat the same details more than once, which was frustrating. To be fair, they did fix the problem in the end, but the whole process took much longer than it should have. Not awful, but I definitely expected better support.
"Good tracking for the price"
My order showed up just fine, and the tracking updates were easy to follow, which I appreciated. I’m careful about what I spend, so it was nice that the whole process felt reliable without feeling like I overpaid.

"Not sure I’d order from them again"
I ordered a few marine parts and at first the website seemed fine, but the communication was slow. I ended up emailing twice before I got a clear answer, the item did show up eventually, it just arrived later than I expected and the tracking wasn’t very helpful. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, I just didn’t come away feeling like they were that reliable. I might use them again for something small, but I’d be hesitant to place a bigger order.

I ordered a few supplies from maritimesupplyco.com and overall the checkout process was straightforward. Nothing really confusing there, and the prices seemed fair enough, so I figured it would be an easy order...
The only thing was the shipping. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which made it kind of annoying because I kept wondering if it was even moving. Everything did show up in good shape though, so it wasn’t a bad experience exactly... just wish it had gotten here a bit faster

I ordered a few marine parts and the whole checkout process was really smooth. The shipping options were easy to understand, payment went through quickly, and I got the confirmation email right away. No glitches or anything annoying. I’d definitely shop here again the next time I need parts.

I ordered a part from maritimesupplyco.com and it ended up being on backorder, but they let me know right away and kept me in the loop the whole time. I didn’t have to keep checking in or chase anyone down, which was nice. It actually showed up a little earlier than they originally said too, so overall it was a smooth experience. Would def order from them again.

I ordered something from Maritime Supply Co, but it ended up not being what I needed, so I sent it back. The return itself wasn’t the main issue — it was the refund that became frustrating.
I had to follow up more than once, and it took longer than they originally told me. They did eventually refund me, which I appreciate, but the whole experience left me feeling annoyed and not very taken care of

I emailed them with a question one afternoon, I think it was right after lunch, and they got back to me fast. They answered what I needed and sorted it out without making it complicated. it was just a quick thing, but I appreciated not having to chase anyone.

My order did show up on time, so I was happy at first, but then I noticed two of the items weren’t the ones I actually picked. Customer service got back to me, which was good, I guess, actually, it was helpful, just slower than I expected to get everything fixed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just frustrating when you’re waiting on the right parts

"Return process was an avoidable hassle"
Sending this back was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I had to follow up just to get the return instructions, then waited forever for any kind of update. Even after I shipped the item back, the refund dragged on, and the replies I got were short. it felt like an avoidable headache, and I probably wouldn’t order again if there’s any chance I might need to return something.

The products looked fine overall, but the descriptions were way too sparse. I couldn’t really tell the sizes or what was actually included, so I felt kind of trapped guessing my way through the purchase. That’s not a great feeling when you’re buying marine gear and need to be sure.

I had to reach out to tech support about a part fitment question, and to be fair, they did eventually get back to me with helpful info. But oh my gosh, it felt like I was waiting forever, and I had to follow up once, which made it feel like a whole mini saga over one simple question.
It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything dramatic, even though I probably acted like it was in my head. Overall it was average, and I’d use them again, but definitely not if I needed an answer in a hurry.
